The Self Assessment Test Is An Amazing Tool - 908 Words

The self-assessment test, is an amazing tool, to help you get a better understanding of your strengths and weaknesses (Bethel University, 2014 p. 2). I found this test to be informative and needed. After completing this test, it identified several short comings that I must focus on and improve, along with reassuring a few of my strengths . The first weakness I encountered, was the very first question, reading. My second weakness was, retaining written information. I know that I have strong reading skills, but if the topic does not bring much interest to me, it is extremely difficult for me to retain it. If you have never enjoyed reading, start small(Bethel University, 2014 p. 9). That quote gave me the needed explanation in order to improve this short fall. Those two weaknesses have the most common them, in comparison to others. Writing would also rank high on this list. I think that my writing score is low at this time, due to being out of school for such a long period. After a few weeks, I expect this score to improve. I am my hardest critic, with that being said, I was able to identify many strengths. My top three would have to be, money management, management and leadership of people, and organization. What these strengths tell me is that, I have a natural ability to keep things together and operating smoothly. I am able to motivate people to accomplish desired outcomes, while staying organized and maintaining a budget.
